Construction Laborer

Responsibilities Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including unloading materials and setting up tools and equipment Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and cleaning work areas to ensure a safe and organized environment Be able or willing to learn the many facets that construction offers. Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure worksite for yourself and others Help with site cleanup, debris removal, and material storage to keep the project progressing smoothly Participate in routine inspections and report any hazards or issues to supervisors promptly Contribute to team efforts by staying flexible and ready to take on various tasks as needed Skills Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor for extended periods Good communication skills to understand instructions clearly and work effectively with team members Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety procedures; prior experience is required. Ability to follow directions carefully while maintaining attention to detail Willingness to learn new skills and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance record with a positive attitude towards teamwork and safety standards Construction Experince. Perferred Skills Previous experince with framing and/or roofing. Experince with commerical construction. Previous experince with finishing concrete.

Pay:

$21.00 - $24.00 per hour
