This position requires a strong work ethic, the ability to follow verbal and written instructions, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. You will work closely with other team members to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards. Responsibilities Assist with the setup and tear down of construction sites Operate and maintain construction equipment and tools, following safety guidelines Perform manual labor tasks which could include digging, lifting, carrying, and site preparation Assist in assembling and installing materials Support in various tasks Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding project progress and any issues that may arise Perform other duties as assigned by the Lead or Project Manager Requirements High School diploma or equivalent (Preferred but not required) Previous construction or labor experience Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new skills Good communication and ability to work effectively in a team Reliable with a strong work ethic Reliable transportation If you're ready to take the next step in your construction career and contribute to exciting projects, apply today!
