Shop Laborer Salem, OR Job Details Full-time $17 - $25 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Power tools Full Job Description Oltre Castings & Design is hiring a full-time Shop Laborer for our Salem, OR GFRC production facility. This role supports the shop across mixing, pouring, demolding, general shop duties, and keeping the job site clean and organized. Responsibilities (including but not limited to): Mix and batch materials, including fibers and concrete pigment Operate and clean mixing equipment Assist with spraying Clean tools, molds, and work areas after spraying and pouring Operate forklifts and cranes to move cast and finished products into assigned areas of the facility Move products and materials safely Assist with demolding after casting Assist with the installation of finished products

Requirements:

Strong work ethic Willingness to learn and support many areas of the company as needed Ability to perform physical labor duties safely Ability to lift 50-100 lbs occasionally, 25-50 lbs frequently, and 10-20 lbs regularly Reliable and punctual Familiarity with power tools and concrete mixers Ability to follow recipes precisely Physical /

Education and Experience:

Experience in construction, manufacturing, or general labor fields High school diploma or GED
