Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing Pulmonary & Critical Care team, providing advanced care in the ICU/CCU setting . This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced physicians in a collaborative, high-acuity environment focused on delivering exceptional patient outcomes. Position Highlights
  • Full-time position in ICU/CCU setting
  • Collaborative team of Pulmonary & Critical Care specialists

  • Sign-on bonus available Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and management of critically ill patients
  • Manage ventilators, critical care drips, and complex pulmonary conditions
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Participate in daily rounds, care planning, and discharge coordination
  • Document patient care accurately and timely in the EMR
  • Provide patient and family education regarding treatment plans Qualifications
  • Current NP or PA license in the State of Oregon
  • Board certification required
  • ICU, CCU, or critical care experience strongly preferred
  • Strong clinical decision-making and procedural skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Pay:
$130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
