A-1 Straight Line Striping is a growing company specializing in professional parking lot striping and pavement markings. We take pride in delivering clean, precise work and maintaining a strong, team-oriented environment.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Striping Laborer to join our team. This position involves working outdoors, traveling to various job sites, and assisting with pavement marking and installation tasks. We operate both day and night crews, and some projects may take place overnight depending on project needs and employee preference. No experience? No problem. We provide all training—if you're willing to work hard, pay attention to detail, and learn, we'll teach you everything you need to know.

Key Responsibilities:

Mobilize (travel) to job sites with the crew Operate small striping equipment to paint lines and markings with precision Assist with installation of concrete wheel stops and related materials Load, unload, and move equipment and supplies Maintain organization of paint, tools, and shop space Follow safety procedures and company standards Work closely with team members to complete projects efficiently and accurately

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license (required) Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, bending, standing for extended periods) Strong attention to detail (very important) Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work well in a team environment Good organization skills
