Key Duties:

Perform demolition tasks including tearing out walls, flooring, fixtures, and structural components 'Remove wiring, conduit, and electrical equipment as needed during demo 'Handle site cleanup, debris removal, and proper disposal of materials 'Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment 'Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized worksite 'Complete additional tasks as directed by the

'Must be at least 18 years old with valid right-to-work documents in the U.S. 'Prior demolition or construction labor experience required 'Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods 'Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
