Construction Laborer Job Description Join a dynamic site work construction company specializing in commercial projects, including earth work, parking lots, and commercial driveways. As a General Laborer, you will engage in a variety of tasks such as mixing and pouring concrete, spreading asphalt, carrying materials, and performing job site clean-up. Additionally, you will assist operators in various duties. Responsibilities Complete multiple job duties related to construction projects. Mix and pour concrete, and spread asphalt on site. Carry materials and assist with job site clean-up. Provide support to equipment operators. Utilize hand and power tools effectively. Essential Skills 1+ year of construction experience. Comfortable working outside in all weather conditions. General labor skills in construction. Proficiency with power tools and hand tools. Mechanically inclined. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with concrete, asphalt, and landscaping is a plus. Carpentry skills. Ability to use a tape measure. Capable of working long hours, 10-12 hour days. Work Environment Work primarily in outdoor conditions, including hot sunny days and slight rain. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Alburtis, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
