Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable Construction Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting various phases of construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on-site. Your hands-on skills and enthusiasm will help bring building visions to life. Hourly rate to commensurate with experience.
Qualifications:
Ability to perform heavy lifting up to 50 pounds safely. Ability to climb ladders up to 40 feet high. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, scaffolding. Minimum three years experience in repairs and remodeling is required. Shingle, slate and rubber roof repairs, siding, gutters, fascia, soffit, interior remodeling to include tile, flooring, painting, spackling, light plumbing and electrical etc. Need jobs to be completed in a timely manner. Must be punctual and reliable. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record is required. Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety protocols diligently.
