In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy machinery and/or performing essential labor tasks to support construction projects. Your expertise will help ensure that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment. Duties Operate heavy equipment including excavators, loaders, backhoes, water trucks, and crushers with precision and safety awareness Assist with material handling to support ongoing construction activities Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks on equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance Follow all safety protocols and procedures while working on construction sites to prevent accidents and injuries Collaborate with team members to coordinate equipment use and labor tasks efficiently Load and unload materials using appropriate machinery like loaders and dump trucks Qualifications Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment such as excavators, loaders, backhoes, water trucks, or dump trucks Mechanical knowledge of heavy machinery maintenance and troubleshooting Valid driver's license Construction site experience demonstrating familiarity with safety standards and operational procedures Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and work outdoors in various weather conditions Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and efficiency Join our team today to be part of a construction environment where your skills make a real impact!
