Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and versatile Subcontractor/Laborer to join our dynamic restoration team. In this role, you will be an essential part of various construction projects, supporting skilled trades and ensuring that work progresses efficiently and safely. This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple facets of construction, from site preparation to finishing touches. The ideal candidate is energetic, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to high-quality projects in a fast-paced environment. All positions are paid, emphasizing the value we place on every team member's contribution. Responsibilities Assist with general labor tasks including site cleanup, material handling, and equipment setup Support skilled trades such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, masonry, and roofing by preparing tools and materials Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to perform tasks like framing, drywall installation, or concrete finishing Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to assist with project execution Participate in construction inspection routines to ensure work meets safety standards and project specifications Perform demolition, concrete forming, stucco application, caulking, trim carpentry, and other finishing tasks as needed Support heavy equipment operation under supervision for tasks such as excavation or material transport Skills Experience with blueprint reading and schematics for accurate task execution Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in construction environments Knowledge of construction management principles and estimating processes Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and inspection procedures Ability to perform diverse tasks including flooring installation, tile laying, glass installation, cabinet installation, framing, door hanging, painting, masonry, welding, restoration work, hardscape creation, fabrication, plastering, roofing techniques, concrete finishing, and masonry work Strong understanding of plumbing and electrical systems for support roles Ability to operate heavy equipment safely when required Excellent physical condition with the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods This role is perfect for individuals passionate about building trades who want to develop a broad skill set while contributing to impactful projects.
