• no shortcuts.

Handle disassembly and reassembly of vehicle components as needed. Collaborate closely with production and design teams to ensure perfect alignment and fit. Travel to client sites when needed for on-location installations. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area. What We're Looking For 1+ year of installation experience in vinyl wraps or large-format graphics (or a portfolio that shows serious skill). A sharp eye for detail and a get-it-done mindset. Reliable, dependable, and consistent. 3M and/or Avery certifications are a big plus. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Comfortable working with ladders, lifts, and power tools.
