Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dependable, hardworking laborer to join our team. In this role, you will support our skilled tradespeople on active indoor and outdoor residential and commercial renovation sites. If you are eager to learn the trade, show up on time, and take pride in clean craftsmanship, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities Site Prep & Protection:
Set up dust barriers, protect client furniture and flooring, and prep work areas before demolition.
Demolition & Tear-Out:
Safely assist in tearing down non-structural walls, removing old fixtures, flooring, cabinets, and drywall.
Material Handling:
Load, unload, and transport building materials (drywood, tile, lumber, fixtures) around the job site using carts or dollies.
Site Cleanup:
Clear debris, sweep work areas, and ensure hazardous waste or trash is disposed of properly at the end of every shift.
Trade Support:
Hand tools, hold materials, mix compounds, and run errands as directed by the lead/project supervisor.
Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
0-1 year of general construction or remodeling experience (willing to train the right self-starter).
Physical Stamina:
Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and regularly lift/move up to 50-80 lbs.
Reliability:
Valid driver's license, reliable daily transportation to job sites, and a punctual work ethic.
Communication:
Positive, respectful attitude toward co-workers, supervisors, and homeowners. Must be able to follow safety rules and verbal instructions.
What We Offer Pay Rate:
Competitive hourly pay ($18.00-$20.00/hr depending on experience).
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday through Friday (occasional overtime).
