Experienced Construction Laborer (Blacktop & Concrete) J.R. Runco Blacktop & Concrete, Inc. is seeking a hardworking and experienced Construction Laborer to join our team. We are looking for individuals with hands-on experience in blacktop paving and concrete work who take pride in quality craftsmanship and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment.Position Responsibilities:
Assist with all phases of blacktop paving and concrete installation. Prepare job sites, grade surfaces, and assist with layout and measurements. Rake and lute asphalt during paving operations. Assist with forming, pouring, finishing, and curing concrete. Operate hand tools, power tools, and small equipment safely. Load and unload materials and maintain a clean job site. Follow directions from supervisors and work efficiently with crew members. Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.Qualifications:
Previous experience in blacktop paving and/or concrete construction required. Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods. Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Valid driver's license preferred; CDL is a plus. Must be dependable and maintain regular attendance.What We Offer:
