Construction Laborer

Job Summary We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will assist in various construction tasks, contributing to the successful completion of projects while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, reliable, and eager to learn. Duties Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including framing, drywall installation, and finishing work. Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks and job sites. Maintain a clean and organized work environment by removing debris and ensuring tools are stored properly. Follow safety protocols to minimize risks on the job site. Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Support the team in completing projects on time by performing various tasks as directed. Experience Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred; we are willing to train motivated individuals. Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team is essential. Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) regularly throughout the day.
