Role:

Join MPS Custom Pools as a Pool Construction Laborer and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to creating stunning outdoor spaces. This role offers the opportunity to work hands-on in the exciting world of pool construction, contributing to projects that enhance our clients' backyards.

Responsibilities:

Perform physical construction and renovation tasks on residential pool projects. Assist in the excavation and preparation of pool sites to ensure proper installation. Dig trenches, grade soil, backfill and handle demolition debris. Assist in assembling pool forms, installing steel reinforcement, setting up pool panels, and pouring concrete. Repair and upgrade existing pool structures and features. Stone, tile, and/or masonry experience is a plus. Operate small to mid-size construction equipment. Install PVC pipes and assist with setting up equipment pads. Support the installation of pool equipment, such as filters, salt systems, and electronics. Follow project instructions and design plans accurately and efficiently. Handle and transport materials and tools safely and effectively. Maintain a clean and organized job site, adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion. Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients to address any concerns.

Requirements:

Experience in pool construction, renovation, landscaping, hardscaping, or general trades preferred. Compensation based on experience. Full time / Seasonal employment. Paid time off and Holidays. Reliable, punctual, and team oriented. Physically able to lift heavy materials and to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Basic knowledge of pool construction processes and safety practices. Must demonstrate professionalism and respect when interacting with customers and handling their property. Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude towards learning. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites required. Willingness to work overtime, including weekends, if necessary. Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
