Salary Range:

$55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission Paid Time Off (PTO) Flexible Schedule Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Mon-Fri Schedule Evenings Off Hands on Training Retirement Plan Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous customer service experience is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A positive attitude and a friendly demeanor. Basic computer proficiency. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Active P&C License Responsibilities Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a friendly and helpful approach. Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, and general account inquiries. Provide information and quotes for personal insurance products. Help clients understand their coverage options and recommend suitable solutions. Maintain accurate client records in our system. Foster positive relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction.
