  • Job Overview We are seeking experienced landscape crew members to join our installation & hardscaping team.
Responsibilities Work with the foreman to gather and load all materials, equipment and safety gear needed for the day. Understand your job plan for the day. Utilize knowledge of landscaping to help install new lawns, tree and shrub plantings, pavers, retaining walls and rain gardens. Operate equipment including dump truck and trailer, skid steer loader, excavator, saws, blowers, trimmers etc. Display proper use and maintenance of landscaping tools and equipment. Follow safety and compliance with OSHA, job location and company safety policies. Help keep yourself and your entire crew safe. Communicate effectively with your foreman and other crew members to ensure customer satisfaction and timely job completion. Help with end of day clean up. Qualifications Proven experience in landscape construction and maintenance and the ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team Documented experience building retention walls, patios, etc Documented experience clearing, grading, planting new lawns Ability to run a mini excavator, skid steer, etc or ability to learn Ability to lift 50-80 lbs., carry materials and do strenuous labor in all weather conditions You must be able to pass a DOT physical. A DOT physical includes a drug test. This position requires a valid, unrestricted driver's license, the ability to pass a drug screen and background check and complete a PA DOT physical.
