Now hiring for Construction Laborer!
Pay :
$20-$25 per hour
Job Summary:
We are looking for a hardworking Construction Laborer to support commercial construction projects. This role involves hands-on work with concrete, asphalt, and general site tasks. Ideal candidates enjoy physical work, work well on a team, and are looking to grow in the construction industry.
Responsibilities:
Perform general labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, measuring, and assembling materials Assist with concrete and asphalt work (forming, pouring, finishing, patching, cleanup) Help prepare job sites by loading/unloading materials and keeping areas clean Safely use hand tools and power tools Follow supervisor instructions and basic project plans Support skilled trades workers as needed Maintain a safe and organized work environment Follow all safety guidelines and PPE requirements
Requirements:
At least 1 year of construction experience Experience with general labor and commercial job sites Basic knowledge of concrete work Ability to use hand and power tools safely Basic carpentry skills preferred Knowledge of rebar is a plus Must have own basic hand tools Must have PPE (steel-toe boots, hard hat, safety glasses, high-visibility clothing) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team Strong commitment to safety standards Apply now! Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Gratz, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
