We're hiring General Laborers to assist with digging a trench and supporting basic site work. This is hands‑on, physical outdoor labor — ideal for reliable workers who can handle steady manual work. Job Duties
- Digging and clearing trench areas
- Shoveling, raking, and moving dirt/debris
- Assisting crew with basic labor tasks
- Keeping the work area clean and safe
- Following directions from the site lead Requirements
- Able to lift 50+ lbs
- Comfortable with physical outdoor labor
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions
- Experience with labor, landscaping, or construction is a plus (not required)
