Part-Time up to 30 hours per week Job Overview We are seeking a dependable Laborer / Property Assistant to help with the maintenance, renovation, and preparation of our properties. This position involves general labor, property clean-up, minor construction, landscaping, and helping prepare homes for tenants or guests. The ideal candidate is motivated, reliable, able to work independently, and willing to perform a variety of physical tasks both indoors and outdoors. Responsibilities Assist with property renovations and remodeling projects Perform demolition, clean-up, hauling debris, and material handling Help with painting, flooring and basic carpentry tasks Maintain rental properties and grounds Perform landscaping, lawn care, and exterior maintenance Assist with cleaning and preparing units for new tenants or guests Operate basic hand and power tools safely Load and unload building materials and supplies Assist contractors and supervisors with daily tasks Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly Qualifications Prior construction, maintenance, landscaping, or labor experience preferred but not required Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor Valid driver's license Ability to use basic tools and equipment safely punctuality required Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Willingness to learn new skills and follow directions Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on experience Opportunity for overtime and advancement Flexible scheduling may be available

Pay:

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
