Experience in concrete or masonry is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate who brings a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. This is a hands-on, physically active role working alongside an experienced crew. What You'll Do Perform general construction labor on concrete and masonry projects Assist with jobsite setup, cleanup, and daily operations Handle equipment, tools, and materials; perform basic maintenance Work outdoors in all weather conditions Support the crew to ensure high-quality workmanship and project standards Lift and carry heavy materials; stand for extended periods What We're Looking For Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Experience in construction, concrete, or related trades (preferred but not required) Ability to perform physical labor in varying weather conditions Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn What We Offer Competitive weekly pay: $22
