Production Operator - Glass Eye Painting

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and artistic individual to join our team as a Glass Eye Painter. • Paint intricate designs onto glass eyes using a variety of techniques and materials
• Collaborate with designers and artists to bring their creative vision to life
• Ensure that all glass eyes are meticulously painted and meet the highest quality standards
• Work with various types of glass, including transparent and opaque, to create unique and realistic eye designs
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure the highest level of quality in every piece
• Develop and refine painting skills to achieve exceptional results
• Meet tight deadlines and work efficiently to meet production demands Requirements
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with designers and other artists
• Familiarity with various painting techniques and materials
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in art, design, or a related field is a plus
• Ability to lift and move heavy glass pieces and other materials
• Comfort with repetitive tasks and a focus on quality over quantity
