We're looking for a motivated Apprentice/Laborer who's eager to learn the trade and grow into a skilled installer or technician.
Job Summary:
As an Apprentice/Laborer, you'll assist experienced installers with the day-to-day work of remodeling bathrooms and kitchens. You'll gain hands-on experience in demolition, material preparation, product installation, and finishing work — all while learning industry best practices and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
Assist lead installers with bathroom and kitchen remodels, including demolition, setup, and clean-up Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment Prepare work areas, protect surfaces, and maintain job site cleanliness Measure, cut, and handle materials such as tile, plumbing fixtures, and cabinetry Follow safety protocols and use tools and equipment properly Learn installation techniques for showers, tubs, cabinets, flooring, and countertops Support the team in maintaining quality and efficiency on every project
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong work ethic and positive attitude Willingness to learn and take direction Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor daily Basic knowledge of tools and construction preferred (but not required) Previous experience in construction or remodeling a plus
