Description Position Summary:

We are looking for a general construction worker who has several years of experience and the ability to work on a diverse set of services. This could include site development, excavation, land clearing, erosion control, utility line installation, concrete/asphalt, hauling, and metal fabrication. We also supply pipes, seasoned firewood, limestone, and screened topsoil. Construction worker duties are physically demanding and may include unloading & loading materials, maintenance of hand tools and heavy equipment, shoveling, grading, traffic control duties, and additional simple manual tasks. Work schedule is Monday-Friday, with weekends as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the preparation and cleanup of construction sites Assist skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and equipment operators Operate hand and power tools, and other construction equipment safely and efficiently Assist with maintenance of tools, equipment and company vehicles Identify and report safety hazards, equipment issues, and site concerns to supervisors Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and OSHA regulations Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors Overtime and weekends as needed

Qualifications:

Must have a valid driver's license Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test

Commercial Driver's License is encouraged but not required Technical School training is encouraged but not required
