We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Stone Production Laborer. This position involves hands-on work in the production of stone products used for masonry and landscaping applications. No prior experience is required—on-the-job training will be provided. : Full-time Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00PM Paid lunch : Stack stone (raw, thinned, and snapped) for processing and shipment Assist with surface mining and material handling Operate and learn equipment including: Forklift Skid loader Thin veneer saw Stone snapping guillotine (Potentially) excavator Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance: Monitor fluid levels Ensure backup alarms are functioning Check fire extinguishers in vehicles and facility Maintain accurate records for equipment and operations Keep work areas clean and organized Complete additional tasks as needed to support production : Outdoor and industrial setting Physically demanding work (lifting, bending, standing for long periods) Exposure to dust, weather, and heavy equipment : Strong work ethic and reliability Willingness to learn and follow instructions Ability to perform physical labor consistently Mechanical aptitude is a plus, but not required Valid driver's license preferred : No formal schooling required Elementary education (grades 1-8) Secondary education, no high school diploma (grades 9-12) High school diploma or equivalent (GED) accepted : On-the-job training provided Opportunity to learn and operate multiple types of heavy equipment Potential for advancement based on performance (if applicable): Job is seasonal and has a winter layoff, where you are aloud to collect unemployment with a call back. Retirement plan/ must be with company one year to qualify : To support efficient production and ensure customers are supplied with high-quality stone products in a timely manner.
