Industrial Cleaning Technician Summary:

This role involves industrial cleaning inside and outside of commercial and industrial buildings using a 4"-6" hose to move spills, wastewater, and materials into designated drains. This is a hands-on, physically demanding position requiring reliability, safety awareness, and prior general labor experience. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Operate cleaning hoses — Use 4"-6" hoses to clean spills, flush areas, and direct materials into drains Interior & exterior cleaning — Maintain cleanliness of buildings, work areas, and surrounding grounds General labor tasks — Assist with cleanup, material handling, and other physical duties as assigned Follow safety procedures — Use required PPE, follow site protocols, and maintain a safe work environment End-of-shift hygiene process — Shower on site at the end of each shift (30 minutes of paid time provided) Requirements General labor experience

REQUIRED

Punctuality expectations — Candidates MUST arrive 10 minutes before shift start to be on the job site on time Extra clothing requirement — Associates must bring an extra full set of clothing daily due to on-site showers Ability to perform physical labor, work in wet environments, and follow supervisor instructions Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Additional Notes Associates receive 30 minutes of paid time at the end of each shift to shower and change Work may involve exposure to water, debris, and industrial cleaning environments Additional Details
