Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Skilled Construction Laborer to join our construction team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting various construction projects by performing physically demanding tasks and interpreting technical drawings. Your expertise in blueprint reading, mechanical knowledge, and safe manual handling will contribute to the successful and efficient completion of construction tasks. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality. Duties Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of tasks Operate power tools and construction equipment, safely and effectively. Perform heavy lifting and manual handling of construction materials, ensuring proper techniques to prevent injury Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all safety protocols are followed during daily operations Proven experience as a construction laborer or similar role with a strong understanding of construction processes Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans accurately Knowledge of construction workplace safety regulations and OSHA safety standards Mechanical knowledge related to construction equipment and systems is preferred Physical strength and stamina for manual handling, heavy lifting, climbing, and working in various weather conditions Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and their safe operation Ability to follow detailed instructions precisely while working independently or as part of a team Join us in building high-quality structures while prioritizing safety, efficiency, and craftsmanship. Pay:
