Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. This position involves assisting with various construction tasks including site preparation, material handling, concrete work, and general labor. The ideal candidate is dependable, motivated, and willing to learn. Previous construction experience is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities:
Assist with site preparation including excavation, grading, and cleanup Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment Support concrete work including forming, pouring, and finishing Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently Follow instructions from supervisors and crew leaders Maintain a clean and organized job site Assist with demolition and removal of existing structures Help set forms, install base materials, and prepare subgrade Follow all safety guidelines and job site protocols Work outdoors in various weather conditions
Qualifications:
Previous construction or general labor experience preferred, but not required Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, bending, standing for long periods) Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong work ethic and reliability (shows up on time and ready to work) Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools is a plus Willingness to learn and grow within the company
