Job Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Laborer and become a vital part of transforming visions into reality! In this energetic role, you will support skilled tradespeople by performing essential tasks on construction sites, ensuring projects progress smoothly and efficiently. Your hands-on contributions will help build, restore, and improve structures across various environments. We prioritize safety, teamwork, and a proactive attitude to keep projects moving forward with momentum. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, rewarding industry. Duties Assist with heavy lifting and material handling to ensure timely delivery of supplies and equipment. Operate power tools and hand tools safely to support framing, drywall installation, roofing, and finishing tasks. Prepare construction sites by cleaning debris, setting up scaffolding, and organizing materials for efficient workflow. Support rebar installation, concrete forming, pouring, finishing, and concrete pumping to create durable foundations and structures. Read blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications and assist with layout work such as metal stud framing and masonry. Perform demolition, renovation, restoration, plastering, caulking, trim carpentry, stucco application, tile laying, flooring installation, and other finishing tasks. Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts or excavators when trained and certified under safety guidelines. Qualifications Prior construction site experience or familiarity with construction processes is highly preferred. Basic mechanical knowledge to understand tool operation and maintenance. Ability to read blueprints or schematics for accurate task execution. Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in various trades including carpentry, masonry, roofing, and flooring. Physical strength for heavy lifting and standing for extended periods; comfort working outdoors in different weather conditions. Valid driver's license with commercial driving experience is a plus for transporting materials or equipment. Willingness to learn new skills such as welding or concrete finishing; safety-conscious mindset essential for working on active sites. Join us in building something great!
