Job Overview We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Manual Laborer to join our team to build pallets, crates and stack lumber. This role involves performing physically demanding tasks to support various projects and operations. The ideal candidate will be reliable, safety-conscious, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an opportunity to develop practical skills and contribute to the successful completion of diverse tasks across different sites. Responsibilities Perform general site cleanup, including debris removal and waste disposal Operate basic hand tools and machinery safely and effectively Support team members with various manual tasks such as lifting and stacking materials Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a secure work environment Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and safety Assist with setup and breakdown of job sites or work zones as required Skills Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and supervisors Attention to safety procedures and awareness of surroundings to prevent accidents Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in manual labor roles (nice-to-have) Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this role
