In this energetic role, you'll assist with a variety of hands-on tasks that keep projects moving forward. From heavy lifting to operating power tools, your contributions will help build durable structures and beautiful landscapes. We're looking for motivated individuals eager to learn, work safely, and grow their skills in a fast-paced environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to gain valuable construction site experience while working on diverse projects that make a real impact. Responsibilities Assist with the installation of rebar, framing, drywall, and other structural components using hand tools and power tools Operate heavy equipment such as concrete mixers, pumps, and forklifts safely and efficiently Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to support accurate project execution Prepare and level surfaces for concrete pouring, flooring installation, or paving with precision Perform demolition, renovation, or restoration tasks including plastering, stucco application, and caulking Support masonry activities like bricklaying, tile laying, and metal stud framing to ensure quality craftsmanship Conduct site clean-up, organize materials, and assist with heavy lifting to maintain a safe and efficient work environment Qualifications Prior experience working on construction sites or in related trades preferred but not required; willingness to learn is key Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for long periods, and performing strenuous tasks safely Knowledge of construction estimating processes and various building techniques such as carpentry, roofing, masonry, and flooring installation Strong commitment to safety protocols and teamwork in a fast-paced setting Valid driver's license for commercial driving or operating heavy equipment is a plus Embark on a rewarding career path where your hands-on skills build communities!
