Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Laborer, where your energy and dedication will help bring building projects to life! In this vital role, you will support skilled tradespeople by performing a variety of hands-on tasks that keep construction sites running smoothly. Your efforts will contribute to the creation of commercial, residential, and renovation projects, ensuring quality craftsmanship and safety at every step. Duties Assist with heavy lifting and material handling to ensure efficient workflow on-site Operate power tools and hand tools safely for tasks such as framing, drywall installation, and finishing Support rebar installation, concrete forming, pouring, and finishing to create durable foundations and structures Read blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications and assist with layout work Perform masonry work including stucco, bricklaying, and tile laying as needed for various projects Conduct demolition, restoration, or renovation tasks to prepare sites for new construction or upgrades Support heavy equipment operation such as concrete pumps or forklifts while adhering to safety protocols Assist with roofing, carpentry (including trim carpentry), metal stud framing, and plastering tasks to meet project requirements Use caulking and trim carpentry techniques for finishing touches that enhance the overall quality of the build Maintain a clean and organized work environment by properly storing tools and materials Experience Prior construction site experience is highly preferred; familiarity with commercial or residential projects is a plus Knowledge of construction estimating processes is beneficial for understanding project scope and resource needs Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Hands-on experience with concrete mixing, pumping, finishing, and formwork techniques Skilled in operating power tools such as saws, drills, grinders, and welding equipment safely Experience in masonry work including stucco application and tile installation is advantageous Strong understanding of safety procedures related to heavy lifting, heavy equipment operation, and working at heights Valid driver's license with experience in commercial driving is a plus for transporting materials or equipment Join us if you're eager to grow your skills in construction while contributing to impactful projects!
