Position Pay:

We are growing our excavation team and looking for a dependable, hardworking Excavation Laborer to join us. Position Overview This role is part of our Excavation Department , where we perform underground sewer and water line repairs. The ideal candidate is comfortable with physically demanding work, enjoys working outdoors, and takes pride in getting the job done safely and efficiently. Responsibilities Perform hand digging and excavation work for underground sewer and water line repairs Work in trenches and excavations up to 5 feet deep Assist excavation crews with job setup and teardown Help maintain a clean and safe job site Load/unload tools, materials, and equipment Drive dump trucks and transport materials/debris to dump sites Follow all company and OSHA safety procedures Support plumbers and excavation crew members as needed Requirements Must be able to perform heavy physical labor in outdoor conditions Comfortable digging manually and working in trenches up to 5 feet deep Must have a valid driver's license Experience driving dump trucks preferred (but willing to train the right person) Must be able to pass a background check Must be reliable , punctual, and consistent with attendance Strong work ethic and positive attitude required Construction, excavation, or laborer experience preferred Compensation & Benefits $175/day for shifts up to 8 hours Additional pay for hours worked beyond 8 hours Full-time W2 employment Steady Monday-Friday schedule Opportunity for growth within a growing company Apply Today If you're dependable, ready to work hard, and want to join a respected team, we want to hear from you.
