Landscape Construction Crew Member We're looking for someone to join our crew at Lush Stuff. We build high-end outdoor spaces in Philadelphia and the surrounding area, including fences, patios, pergolas, decks, planters, garden installs, and other custom landscape features. This is a hands-on job for someone who likes working outdoors, building things, and being part of a small crew that cares about doing solid work.

Responsibilities:

Assist with building fences, pergolas, decks, benches, planters, and other outdoor features Help with patio work, excavation, grading, base prep, and general site work Use hand tools and power tools safely Help keep jobs organized, clean, and moving efficiently Load and unload materials and assist with deliveries Support planting and finishing work when needed

Qualifications:

Experience in construction, landscaping, carpentry, or similar work is a plus Willingness to learn and work hard Reliable and on time Able to lift heavy materials and handle physical work outdoors Good attitude and able to work well with others Driver's license is a plus We're a small company, so the right person needs to be adaptable, take pride in their work, and be ready to help with whatever the job requires that day.

Pay:

$26.00 - $31.00 per hour
