In this energetic role, you'll assist with various on-site tasks, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality throughout the construction process. Your hands-on work will contribute directly to creating durable structures and beautiful spaces, all while gaining valuable experience in the construction industry. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop skills and be part of a motivated team dedicated to excellence. Duties Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing construction materials and tools on-site Prepare work areas by cleaning, clearing debris, and setting up safety barriers or equipment Be able to carry, lift, load/unload construction materials as needed Support skilled tradespeople by holding materials, operating basic tools, and performing routine tasks Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members Help with site cleanup and waste removal to keep the construction area tidy Assist in setting up scaffolding, ladders, and other temporary structures as needed Carry out basic demolition under supervision to facilitate project progress Experience Prior experience in construction or manual labor is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors when necessary Strong attention to safety procedures and a proactive attitude toward maintaining a safe work environment Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is a plus but can be learned on the job Reliable attendance and punctuality are vital for team success We value motivated individuals eager to grow their skills while contributing to impactful projects.
