The Role We're looking for hands-on team members to help us renovate and maintain our portfolio. You'll be an essential part of a crew that transforms vacant buildings into vibrant homes and businesses. Depending on your skill level, responsibilities may include: Interior and exterior renovations from start to finish Drywall, painting, flooring, framing, and finish work Cabinet installs, punch lists, and fine-tuning details Site prep, cleanup, demo, and material handling Keeping jobsites safe, clean, and compliant What We're Looking For We don't micromanage — we hire people who know how to work hard and work smart.
