We are actively seeking various construction personnel to support telecom infrastructure construction work in the Midwest. This is a traveling position. What we are hiring for:

Underground Laborer Assist with trenching, conduit installation, backfilling, site cleanup, and general jobsite tasks. Must be dependable and willing to learn. Equipment Operator Operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently to support underground utility construction. Experience with excavation equipment preferred. Bore Operator Run horizontal directional drilling (HDD) equipment to install underground conduit and utilities. Prior HDD experience strongly preferred. Bore Locator Provide accurate bore guidance, read and interpret locator signals, and communicate clearly with the drill operator to ensure safe, precise drilling. Underground Foreman Lead and supervise underground crews, coordinate daily operations, ensure safety compliance, and maintain project quality and timelines.
