General Laborer

We are looking for a reliable Construction Laborer to support restoration and construction projects in the Scranton, PA area, with opportunities in Allentown as well. This is an entry-level role with hands-on training, steady overtime, and a clear path for growth into leadership roles. The position is ideal for someone who is dependable, willing to learn, and interested in building a long-term career in construction and restoration. This role involves physical work, team collaboration, and on-call rotations. Responsibilities Assist with restoration and construction projects including demolition, cleanup, and site preparation Support crews with basic construction tasks and material handling Load, unload, and transport equipment and materials to job sites Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads on daily tasks Participate in on-call rotations, including weekends as needed Work extended hours and overtime based on project demands Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project progress Learn restoration and construction processes with the goal of advancing within the company Requirements No prior experience required; construction or restoration experience is a plus Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Willingness to work overtime and participate in on-call rotations Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team Interest in long-term career growth within construction or restoration

Benefits Compensation:
