Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Installer/ Laborer to join our team as the lead Installer. This position would be ideal for someone with knowledge of the Sheet Metal Field as well as general construction knowledge.
Duties:
Installing sheet metal ductwork, locating curbs and general shop work. Must be able to climb, carry ladders, push, pull carry or maneuver heavier items. This is a physically demanding position at times, requiring repeated lifting, pushing and pulling of up to 50 pounds, so please consider these physical expectations prior to applying. Must be able to lead a small team of co-workers and complete installations within the required time frame set by the general contractor.
Requirements:
Maintain accurate time records Work as part of a team and be able to work well with co-workers, customers and other trades Must have a valid driver's license Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check Knowledge of mechanical systems Must be able to accurately read a tape measure Must have own transportation Must be able to pass DOT physical Must be comfortable driving a truck with a trailer attached with job supplies Additional job information: Hiring for 20-40 hours a week, bi-weekly pay. A typical workday will be 10 hours. No insurance is currently offered. Vacation and time off will be discussed during the interviewing process. Supplemental Aflac coverage is offered after probation period We offer a quarterly bonus program based off sales goals. Pay is based off of experience. Availability to stay overnight, if needed.
