Post-Construction Cleaner (Temporary Contract) - OSHA 10 or

Full-time (Day Shift) Job Description We are seeking reliable and hardworking Post-Construction Cleaners to assist with an active commercial construction project. This is a temporary contract position on an active construction site. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while following all OSHA safety requirements. Responsibilities Perform final post-construction cleaning of residential and common areas Dust, vacuum, mop, and detail clean all surfaces Clean windows, doors, baseboards, fixtures, and other finishes Remove construction dust, debris, stickers, and adhesive residue Follow daily work assignments from the site supervisor Maintain a clean and safe work environment Requirements Valid OSHA 10 Construction certification or higher is
REQUIRED
(OSHA 30 accepted). A copy of your OSHA certification must be provided before your first day of work. Previous post-construction or commercial cleaning experience preferred Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team Ability to stand, bend, lift up to 50 lbs., and work on your feet throughout the shift Reliable transportation Required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) All required PPE will be provided by us , including: Hard hat Safety gloves Safety glasses High-visibility safety vest Applicants must provide their own work boots (steel toe preferred).
