Responsibilities Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up safety barriers to maintain a secure work environment Support carpenters, masons, electricians, and other tradespeople by handing tools and materials as needed Perform general labor tasks such as digging trenches, mixing concrete, and moving supplies around the site Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with OSHA standards Help with loading and unloading materials from trucks and storage areas Maintain a clean work area by disposing of waste and organizing tools and equipment regularly Support the installation of temporary structures like scaffolding or fencing to facilitate ongoing work Requirements Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions Strong work ethic with a focus on safety, quality, and teamwork Basic understanding of construction site operations is preferred but not required; willingness to learn on the job is essential Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work collaboratively with team members Reliable transportation to get to different job sites as needed Prior experience in construction or manual labor roles is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates Join us in building something great!
