This role involves performing a wide range of physical tasks, assisting skilled tradespeople, and ensuring job sites remain safe, clean, and efficient. The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, and able to follow instructions while maintaining high standards of workmanship. Starting rate is $15. Higher pay rate available to experienced individuals. Overtime and weekend work is available but not required.
  • Assist with the construction of residential homes, including new builds, additions, and remodels
  • Prepare and clean job sites, including debris removal and hazard mitigation
  • Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively under supervision
  • Assist in all aspects of construction: To include but not limited to carpentry, electrical, plumbing, insulation, drywall, painting, siding installation, window & door installation, flooring installation, and finish carpentry
  • Measure, cut, and assemble materials under supervision
  • Set up and take down temporary structures such as scaffolding and ladders
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
  • Adhere to all company policies and OSHA safety regulations where applicable Additional Details
