Responsibilities Assist with site preparation, including unloading materials and setting up work areas using hand tools and power tools. Support the installation of rebar, formwork, and concrete placement to ensure structural integrity. Operate heavy equipment and machinery safely to move materials and assist with site logistics. Read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to understand project requirements and assist accordingly. Perform finishing tasks such as concrete smoothing, tile laying, stucco application, and flooring installation. Conduct demolition, renovation, or restoration work as needed, including framing, carpentry, roofing, and trim work. Use various hand tools and power tools for tasks like caulking, plastering, metal stud framing, and masonry. Follow safety protocols diligently while performing heavy lifting and working at heights or with heavy equipment. Support team members in maintaining a clean and organized job site to promote safety and efficiency. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate power tools and heavy equipment confidently. Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings accurately. Skilled in concrete forming, finishing, pumping, and related masonry techniques. Knowledge of rebar installation, metal stud framing, drywall (plastering), and stucco application. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining proper posture and technique. Familiarity with construction estimating processes for material needs and project timelines is a plus. Excellent teamwork skills combined with strong attention to detail in all aspects of construction work. Pay:

$24.15 - $29.08 per hour
