Duties Perform manual labor tasks such as loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials or equipment Assist with site cleanup, organization, and general maintenance to ensure a safe and tidy work environment Support team members with equipment setup, assembly, or disassembly as needed Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with safety standards Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision, adhering to proper procedures Help with inventory management by organizing supplies and materials on-site Collaborate effectively with team members to complete projects on time and meet operational goals Qualifications Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and manual dexterity Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work well within a team Basic understanding of safety procedures related to manual labor environments Prior experience in construction, warehouse work, or general labor is a plus but not required Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for success in this role Join us if you're ready to roll up your sleeves, stay active, and be part of a motivated team committed to excellence!
