We're looking for someone who: Shows up on time and ready to work Has a strong work ethic and willingness to learn Can read a tape measure and handle basic math Takes pride in doing things the right way Works well with others and follows direction Wants to grow within the construction industry Has reliable transportation Is comfortable working outdoors and with tools Experience is a plus, but attitude matters more than experience.
