Construction Laborer

Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris and setting up safety barriers Perform physical labor, including heavy lifting and moving materials, tools, and equipment Support carpentry work such as framing, trim work, and metal stud installation Assist with concrete tasks including mixing, pouring, finishing, and pumping Install rebar and support masonry work such as bricklaying and stucco application Operate basic hand tools and power tools for cutting, drilling, and assembling materials Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized job site Required Skills & Qualifications Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with construction tools and equipment Experience with concrete work (forming, pouring, finishing) is a plus Ability to read and understand blueprints and construction plans is a plus Knowledge of rebar, masonry, roofing, flooring, or general construction is a plus Experience operating equipment such as forklifts or similar machinery is beneficial Valid driver's license; commercial driving experience is a plus Strong teamwork and communication skills Commitment to safety and reliability on job sites Why Join Us?
