Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a New Home Construction Worker and be a vital part of building beautiful, quality homes from the ground up! This energetic role is perfect for individuals passionate about construction and eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment. You will work alongside experienced professionals to bring new residential projects to life, ensuring each detail meets high standards of craftsmanship and safety. Paid training and growth opportunities are available for motivated candidates ready to make an impact in the construction industry. Duties Assist in all phases of new home construction, including framing, roofing, siding, drywall, and finishing work Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently to complete tasks Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate execution of designs Perform site inspections to verify quality standards and adherence to safety protocols Install doors, windows, cabinets, flooring, tile, stucco, and other finishing components with precision Conduct concrete forming, finishing, masonry work, and plastering as required for structural integrity Support the installation of electrical systems, plumbing fixtures, glass panels, and HVAC components Requirements Prior experience working on construction sites or in residential building projects preferred but not required; training provided for motivated learners Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation is a plus Knowledge of construction safety standards and procedures Basic understanding of carpentry, roofing, masonry, drywall installation, and finishing techniques Strong work ethic with attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift heavy materials safely Join us if you're ready to build your career in construction!
