Job Description

Experienced Demolition Laborer Pay:
Starting at $30.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM We are seeking an experienced, dependable Demolition Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on demolition and construction experience, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
Requirements:
Valid Driver's License Reliable Transportation Knowledge of general demolition and construction practices OSHA 10-Hour Certification (required) Must provide own Hard Hat and Work Boots Ability to perform physically demanding work Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials Ability to work independently and as part of a team Equipment licenses and operating experience are a plus
Daily Responsibilities:
Perform interior and exterior demolition on residential, commercial, and industrial projects Remove walls, ceilings, flooring, roofing materials, and other building components Operate hand tools, power tools, and demolition equipment safely and efficiently Load, unload, and dispose of demolition debris Assist with site preparation and daily cleanup Perform selective demolition while protecting surrounding structures and finishes Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations Wear required PPE at all times, including hard hat, safety glasses, work boots, and any additional safety equipment required for the job Work with supervisors, operators, and crew members to meet project deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience operating skid steers, mini excavators, excavators, or other construction equipment Equipment licenses and certifications Ability to read and follow project plans and instructions Strong attention to detail and job site safety Reliable attendance and punctuality
