Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Landscape and Construction Laborer, where your energy and skills will contribute to transforming outdoor spaces and construction projects into functional, beautiful environments. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from landscape installations to construction site tasks, supporting skilled tradespeople and project managers. Your hands-on involvement will be vital in ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to high standards. Responsibilities Assist with landscape installation tasks including planting, grading, sod laying, and hardscape construction such as pavers and retaining walls Operate power tools and hand tools safely for tasks like digging, trenching, framing, and concrete finishing Prepare sites by clearing debris, excavating areas, and performing demolition or restoration work as needed Use heavy equipment under supervision for site preparation or material movement Perform general maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency on-site Qualifications Prior experience working on construction sites or in landscaping environments is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and safety protocols Ability to read blueprints or schematics is a plus; training can be provided for the right candidate Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, lift heavy materials, and perform manual labor throughout the day Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive approach to safety and problem-solving This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills across multiple facets of construction and landscaping.
