Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Pool Construction Laborer to assist with the building of residential and commercial swimming pools. This position focuses on general labor tasks, supporting skilled workers, and ensuring job sites remain clean, safe, and organized. Assist with various stages of pool construction, including excavation, framing, plumbing prep, and finishing work Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment at job sites Perform general labor tasks such as digging, leveling, hauling, and mixing materials Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow instructions from supervisors, foremen, and skilled tradespeople Help set up and tear down tools and equipment daily Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures Support installation crews as needed without performing full installations independently
